Some good tips here, though I may add one in particular: fasting.

I have found personally that eating healthy is not enough. There is something about denying oneself food for a period that is beneficial to our minds and bodies.

I will write an essay about this soon, but fasting, especially beyond 36 hours, allows our body to accelerate autophagy which may bring about health benefits.

I had looked it up about autophagy in the past, especially in regard to intermittent fasting. I don’t remember the numbers exactly, but I do remember that intermittent fasting is not long enough to activate autophagy. Is 36 hours enough? I don’t fast myself.

It always happens, just speeds up during fasting. 36 hours is enough to begin to benefit, but yes, longer is probably better.
